Latest KINX project: Concord

KINX Group is thrilled to be appointed as the property development manager for an exciting new project in the affluent suburb of Concord. The former John Mendel Memorial Library site will be transformed into four luxury duplexes, addressing the housing shortage in the area.

Interest from Vietnamese investors continues with this project, which has an estimated value of approximately AUD 10 million. Construction is scheduled to begin this year, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
