Fixed Income Investment

KINX’s Fixed Income Fund focuses on investing in solid asset backed debt securities ranging from senior to mezzanine. This fund will provide investors with typically 3%-6% above bank term deposit. The returns will range according to the security type, terms and duration of the debt instrument.

Real Estate Development Investment

KINX’s Real Estate Development Investment targets real estate sites that are primed for development opportunities. This fund aims to acquire or co-investment with leading developers in prime development sites in Sydney and Melbourne’s metro areas to deliver multi-unit residential assets to the market. In this fund, KinX will aim to deliver an IRR of not less than 18% at completion.

KINX’s Real Estate Income Fund invests in income generating assets in the inner metropolitan area of Sydney and Melbourne; two of Australia’s largest cities. These assets typically generating a stable rental income and are managed either internally or externally by a reputable asset manager.
